At this point there is an endless series of pictures and posts showing the shooter supporting Trump and alt-right perspectives. Trying to claim the shooter merely went to a Trump rally is disingenuous.
Similarly the shooter's parents supported Trump and right wing perspectives in social media posts. His father even liked a pro-gun social media post on the day of the shooting.

See, this is the politicizing of the story. WTF is "similar to an AR-15"? It's either an AR-15 or it isn't. The AR-15 is the scary looking weapon that they have gaslighted everyone into believing is the "assault rifle" that's got to go. Just tell us what the fucking weapon is, assholes.

At this point -- being a MAGA Trumper has a direct correlation to violence against government institutions and your fellow citizens. Over the 4th of July weekend - Trump ranted about his followers 'inciting an insurrection' after urging supporters to 'Fight On!' Of course -- seeing the legal scrutiny Trump is under his handlers tried to pass it off as a joke.
I don't support violence from MAGA clowns on the right or ANTIFA clowns on the left. Idiots promoting and involved in political violence should be locked up from both extremes. However at this time, violent right-wing clowns are more of a thread to democracy than the idiots on the left.
