Unemployed but "rents" a coach house from the Uncle who must be a descendant of Sgt. Schultz. He is known to police, so what is the problem keeping this guy in check? H.P. police aren't that busy, busting illegal bonfires on the beach and some underage drinking can't be that taxing on the force.
The problem is that profiling is verboten! Can't label a kid even though it is a correct identification of the problem, parents wanting to be their friends it goes on and on.
The automatic rifles were available when I was a kid in the 70's so it's not a new phenomenon. Something else is afoot and we'd best address it properly and quickly.
