I can't understand why anyone would be offended either. Although, I would think the mother would choose to be discreet considering the number of perverts that are running around out there.

Sicko perverts might be a better term than perverts. Considering that anytime a woman's breasts are exposed, men are going to look. It's in our nature, making us all perverts.
