I don't have it in the morning either. I prefer a hard-boiled egg as an afternoon snack with a couple of tablespoons of beans, my small homemade trail mix of walnuts, roasted pumpkin seeds and raisins, and an apple. Hits the spot.My problem with eggs is that I get burned out on the flavor of them pretty quick. I can't just do eggs in the morning every single day. No way.
What's your take on the TMAO thing, as it relates to egg as well as some other foods?I've only done supplemental protein via whole egg (powder) for years. My sons eat 4-6 raw eggs (blended) each day.
I used to supplement with egg white powder for some years before whey became big. The gas gave me quite a kill radius. I was ahead of my time on social distancing.I've only done supplemental protein via whole egg (powder) for years. My sons eat 4-6 raw eggs (blended) each day.
Just curious, did your cardiologist place an upper limit on your egg consumption?I eat a dozen eggs per week. Anywhere from 1 to 3 per day depending on workout.
No, but I don't have a problem with high BP or cholesterol. Currently I'm eating about 8 per week. I would think more than 3 daily wouldn't be the best for long term heart health.Just curious, did your cardiologist place an upper limit on your egg consumption?
Did you have any reaction to eggs when you ate them? I ask because you seem surprised by the results of the allergy test.I did a food sensitivity test a couple of months ago, and guess what was my in my top 3? Egg whites.
Go figure. I haven't had a single egg since then.
