It seems their is a dial at the exchange were they control the order flow in the index futures.

As it nears support the sell orders come to a halt, they must be controling the order flow, I thought something was wrong with my internet connection.

Its the exchange they are pulling the strings.

The PPT boys usually hit this one when they see a huge sell off (~5-6 points) in the ES in order to start their buy programs:
