I think every thinking analyst will agree that it was the financial collapse that doomed McCain. He was starting to pull away from Obama until that hit and, of course, the incumbent President's party got the blame. McCain just made it worse in October with his ineptness.

I doubt he would actually try to break obamas kneecap with a tire iron, if thats what your asking....

I think that these guys have already realised they cant win by going that low, and going for personal attacks because the media will just start painting him as a racist, and they will actually call him out on it, liike they should be with Obama.....

I assume whats coming is a "blitzkrieg" like assault, where they are going to drop like 500 million dollars in the last month all negative ads, all on the economy.....Romney hasnt spent as much, and still isnt spending as much and he is taking more in, while Obama is spending most of his money right now.....
