Sadly unless the Democrats refine their message they are going to take significant losses at the national, state and local level in the 2022 elections. The Virginia election last night established a template that Republicans can win on -- Parents want a voice in their children's education and will not longer put up with CRT or Equity programs in their schools. Coupled with ignoring Trump while using some of his tactics.

No matter what your opinion of CRT in schools -- there needs to be a recognition that this has become a significant issue with many parents who vote. A good number of these parents are swing voters who are in the middle of the political spectrum.

Democrats need to come out directly and address the education issue. They can no longer ignore it. They can no longer pretend CRT does not exist and is a "bogey-man" of the far-right. Parents of every race no longer believe this nonsense that CRT & Equity programs are not occurring in our schools -- they can see the evidence with their own eyes. The Democratic talking points trying claim CRT does not exist will not work -- in fact these talking points have become a sad joke -- on top of being a formula for losing every upcoming competitive election.

I really could go for that Komet Pizza right now. It's stuck in my mind. I'm trying to lose a few pounds though.

Its hard to address propoganda techniques that work on a very low level in the brain. That is without embracing them and that's difficult for educated people.

Guess America is fucked then. Campaign finance reform, end undemocratic party whip? Too idealistic to happen.

I do recall making posts in 2016 saying Trump would be funny until competent people started to copy him and then America was done. Don't let them copy Hitler I said.. INSERT PYTHON SKETCH.
