Another AZ great idea - Fee to visit prisoners

Obviously you're the dumb ass for thinking you're in a position to tell us how to deal with prisoners and so is everyone in your piece-of-shit country who thinks freeing the Lockerbie bomber was the right move, which you delusional morons are still defending.

I like anyone else on this forum is in a position to comment or have an opinion on anything I want within forum rules so get over it. I get to comment on the fallacy of private prisons and you get to stamp about every thread on the UK yelping about multiculturalism and socialism.

Since taxpayers are footing the bill to house inmates and it costs money to provide a system for visitation, I don't see any problem with this. You can debate what the amount should be but not a bad idea.

Why not "Means Test" the visits? Wealthy prisoners would pay their fair share.

Bernie Madoff - $60,000. per visit

Bernie Ebbers - $26,000. per visit

Lindsay Lohan - Priceless

I'd be bored with scotland too if I were you.

Just for the record, if it's not too much to ask, whats your opinion on Scotland's decision to free the Lockerbie bomber?

I was not particularly happy about the decision but I have realistic expectations of a political party so closely intertwined with oil companies, banks and hedge funds. There was maybe worse to come if he had not been released in the shape of a retrial a process which many believe was being stalled hoping for his inevitable death. If you cast your mind back to the event Libya was not the initial suspect and the recent revelations that key witnesses were paid large sums of money to give testimony did not sit well with Scottish legal authorities.
