Well I still feel grotty this morning, this is really hanging on, but also no worse.

Anyway, I took the first antiviral this morning, I have been using concentrator oxygen the past few days as I absolutely don't want to cough up blood and lose more lung capacity. I know the lung heals from minor damage mostly but it takes years.
I'm hearing of quite a lot of lung transplants with younger people due to progressive fibrosis that Covid started. A friend's wife' s cousin was in an iron lung for six months before he got his transplant, guy is only 30.
