man, that is CLASSIC love it!! thank you!!! i remember hearing that when i was 7 on AM radio----made me want to run away be a beatnik poet/hippie or something. blew my mind at that age--wild!

"il tell you this, no eternal reward will forgive us now for wasting the dawn" "looking for a maiden with a wrought iron soul" gotta be some of the finest lyrics to come out of the 60's. still sends chills down my back

Yes, it is unique - the lyrics are something in that one. I was apparently 9 when it came out - it was written in '71 (I looked up)
