Today’s Day Trading – 03/14

I did try the Mini Dow today - not a good idea!

Euro FX 3 minutes: 7:44am – Long TTE (1-2-3) at 13414, stop/target 6 ticks – all out at 13415 (time stop).

Euro FX 60 minutes: 9:20am – Short TTE (RH) at 13399, stop and first target 10 ticks – covered first lot at 13395, second at b/e.

Result for today: +6 ticks ($75)

Mini Dow 10 minutes: 8:50am – Short TTE (1-2-3) at 10817, stop/target 6 ticks – all out at 10823.

Result for today: -12 ticks (-$60)

To be consistent with my recordings I add my monthly summary (hypothetical result due to 2 contracts):

January:
Euro FX: +76 ticks (+$950) 23 trades
Mini Dow: -46 ticks (-$230) 9 trades
Mini Russell: +120 ticks (+$120) 3 trades

February:
Euro FX: +103 ticks (+$1362.50) 37 trades
Mini Dow: -10 ticks (-$50) 13 trades
Mini Russell: +55 ticks (+$550) 12 trades

March:
Euro FX: +34 ticks (+$425) 17 trades
Mini Dow: -12 ticks (-$60) 1 trade

Marriage and trading ....what a combo.....just kidding...wish you all the best......

I think your YM experiences are the same as mine....I will move on without it.....ES is working much smoother and easier to trade. S & P 500 emini is really the market for me after a few thousand hours of pleasure and pain and discovering the Grail dozens of times.
