What a start into the new month!

Mini Russell 10 minutes: 8:50am – Long TTE (RH) at 5519, initial stop at 5496 – all out at 5501.

Result for today: -36 ticks (-$360)


Mini Dow 10 minutes: 9:50am – Long TTE (RH) at 10194, initial stop at 10181 – all out at 10186.

Result for today: -16 ticks (-$80)


To be consistent with my recordings I add my monthly summary (hypothetical result due to 2 contracts):

July:
Euro FX: +39 ticks (+$487.50)
Mini Dow: +195 (+$975)
Mini Russell: +183 (+$1830)

August:
Euro FX: +24 ticks (+$300)
Mini Dow: +212 (+$1,060)
Mini Russell: +19 (+$190)

September (till now):
Mini Dow: -16 ticks (-$80)
Mini Russell: -36 ticks (-$360)

well I am from a small town close to Munich.

I have stopped trading the Euro FX for the moment but will give it a try next week again when we have rolled into the new month.

I started to trade around 5 or 6 years ago (and lost most of my money). I meet Joe Ross about 2 years ago and because of some circumstances we became good friends and colleagues. We have been working together since then.

Mini Russell 30 minutes: 8:40am – Long TTE (RH) at 5617, initial stop at 5497 – all out at 5609.

Result for today: +16 ticks (+$160)


Mini Dow 30 minutes: 8:30am – Long TTE (RH) at 10296, initial stop at 10273 – covered first lot at 10305, second at b/e.

Mini Dow 10 minutes: 9:30am – Short TTE (1-2-3) at 10276, initial stop at 10292 – all out at 10291.

Result for today: -21 ticks (-$105)

due to some upcoming events next week (Labor Day on Monday, Greenspan on Wednesday, Roll over in the indices starting on Thursday) I will not day trade during next week.

Min Dow above should read:

-37 ticks (-$185) instead of (-$105)...
