I do not want to come up with something that doesn't work. All the journals are full of that stuff. I am working with a back testing software now and it makes it much easier to test some basic ideas this way. Some ideas seems to work if you look at them only over a short time period. But if you look at it on a longer time frame you see it was just pure luck to make some $. But also the opposite is possible of course.

Just spent the last few days looking over your thread and the ross method. I am wondering if you ever post any charts or could you to show us what you are seeing after a trade. It would be very hrlpful if possible. Thank you.

The problem Scott is I did a lot of 3 and 10 min. trading in the past and it was just too much time for me to prepare some charts. Now, trading the 60 min. it might be possible....but do not want to make any promise.

Todayâs Day Trading â 05/09
No trades today!
The markets I am trading are in a trading range at the moment...this is really a problem! The RH's and 1-2-3's work in trending markets. At the moment you don't have any trend it's better to stay out of any trade.
I am testing different ideas at the moment regarding trading in sideways markets. Maybe I can come up with something usefully the next few weeks. I am pretty new to use the testing software, so it will take a while
In the meantime I trade my spreads (the best way to trade todays markets anyway).
