In his defense though, he said he was not taking any drugs.

By the way, I did not see that any arrests were made. Probably he is immune from prosecution based on the "I AM A RISING DEMOCRATIC STAR" clause in the law.

Next thing they will say "Stacey Abrams was seen fleeing on foot. Tracking dogs are being employed and FLIR equipped helicopter. Florida State Troopers are quoted as saying "she is quicker than she looks"... like a 600 lb Javelina. Travelers are advised to stay in their vehicles".
