Analyst starts AAPL with of target 777

Im sure most of you see the pre market action in Apple. Cantor Fitzgerald started Apple with a buy and a target of 777.
To me a 777 target is very strange, not so much the high number but the number itself.
It seems as though the analyst wants everyone to think he devoted alot of time and effort in order to come up with this exact number.
Why not 775 ?? Strange.

Why not $666?


He's pulling that number out of his butt, why not $775 or $666? Carl Ichan's position in Apple has pushed last Qs earnings movement one month ahead.
