Analysis of Christopher Hitchen's argument against God

Quote from DoneNDone:

Caught Hitchens on 60 Minutes the other week ...

he left open the possible existence of God, saying something to the effect of "Never say never."

ardent atheists are idiots ... there are obviously valid criticisms of religion, but to insist "God" doesn't exist, is just stupid

... ughh.

that is less funny than it is disgusting ... Although, I don't subscribe to the belief that these women should be stoned to death ... I do however, believe all opinions that led to this being acceptable should be

Not disgusting to dance Feenixrizin poster:) But to feel so bad to dance so some people want to have Jesus approve is sick.

"sick" ... hmmmm, misguided, is as condemning as I'll go if their intention was to "praise", not mock.

we are living in a time of bad taste, these "pole-dancers-for-Jesus" obviously are part of the problem

No. They want to dance, true? So why feel of shame to dance? Why are the girls saying they do this for Jesus? The girls are not the problem. The problem is why to dance is to feel shame.

The Miraculous Work of A-biogenesis

All Evolutionists believe in miracles. As a matter of fact, they have a great deal more faith in miracles than any modern Charismatic healer or Pentecostal clown roller. Or of any "Fundamentalist." Real Christians are asked to believe in the miracles of the Old and New "Testaments", of the Bible, which involve little more than a temporary suspension or alteration of the physical laws of nature, by a Divine Powerful Being or Beings or Entities.

The Evolutionist, on the other hand, is required to believe that ORGANIC LIFE came from nonliving material accidentally. Which is called "spontaneous generation" or "a-biogenesis." Though lately many Evolutionists conveniently wanna shy away from this topic, even idiotically saying that it has nothing to do with "evolution", and that evolution is about the development of SPECIES, and not the origin of life itself, the hard fact is that there's no getting around the truth that it is PART of the whole postulate, in that you have to know the start, to get to first base. And also the point is that lifeless chemicals had to EVOLVE into something BETTER, and into something living. That's "evolution", kid.

Don't try to wiggle out of it now. Everything from "Big Bang" to "A-biogenesis" to "Freak Mutations" to "Natural Selection" to "Common Ape-man Ancestor". The Evolution Theory.

wake up

A-biogenesis is part of the whole Evolutionary package. No matter how many dishonest hypocritical Evolutionists and Atheists try to dance around that fact.

Can't deny the history of what was taught and believed for decades, kiddies.

Exactly - here we see Stu trying to wiggle out of his statements with the same kind of deceit.

Stu buddy boy, when nobel prize winners rule out random chance for the creation of life... that is evidence of design (in the absence of some other explanation.)

Stu already copped to design.

He won't say what designs (especially after I predicted he would say "design of nature.") the design.

The real problem is the dogmatism of science, which refuses to critically look at many of the unfounded assumptions underlying the basic premises of the theories they propose.

You want to stump an atheistic science believer?

Say something like "So you believe chance is underlying our entire universe. Okay, why is that?"

They will have no answer whatsoever as to why the universe would be the product of chance...yet they are adamant that non chance is not a factor.

I discussed this before, that chance or random tables of numbers are designed by computer programs. In this case, the random generation of random numbers is not by chance actually, but by design. What appears random, is actually by design.

There is no law of chance governing nature's happenings discovered or established as fact by any field of science.

We live in a cause and effect universe, but causeless chance was the primal force in causing the universe? The universe is just an effect of non cause?

Nonsense. Nothing but non sense.

There is no absence of some other explanation. There is a great deal of science to support a strong possibility or probability for life to evolve from nonliving material.

And you don't need to be a Nobel prize winner to realize that lack of, is not evidence for.
The complete lack of any evidence whatsoever of intelligent design, is not evidence for intelligent design either.

But too late.
Caught red handed misrepresenting what a Nobel prize winner actually did say, you've shown your true colors.
Dishonesty and untruthfulness.

Your credibility was shot long ago.

It's a funny blog alright, but then ID is constantly trying to help very silly people feel smart through making absurdly dumb remarks about the science they are purposefully and needfully ignorant in.

Spontaneous generation comes from religion not science. From the Goddess Gaia, and the wife of God come life from dirt or stone.
Getting the facts wrong is the first prerequisite of intelligent design.
