What software did you get. Do you have a login?

for those still PM ing me. I just wanted to keep in touch.
Yes, I have started real money trading in India right now.
I would love to do it with ES but everything is not straight forward from where I'm based. I hope to be back in a few weeks.

The first few trades were profitable as usual. Thanks to my private groups for the support.

I will be posting my thoughts soon.

Thanks

Just for those still PM ing me. I started real money trading here a week back. I will not put the profit figures since i learnt how upset it makes all the forum members lest they kick me out again.
Im in the US later this year. London sometime in Oct.

I have one question. I feel a good way to measure a futures scalper/trader is his ratio of Gross Profit (exculding and tax or commission) to the total Turnover.

Can you guys please post what is considered to be a good ratio ?

My ratio so far for scalping 2.5 - 3 min trades is 0.075 %

I feel it varies and should improve as your trading time frame increases

Thanks

I am considering trading the ES.

I will be continuing this thread and paper/simulated trading on ES futures.
I had earlier done scalping type trades.
It will now be intra-day swing trades whenever time permits.

The strategy is based on intra day macd, stoch, w%r and also elliot (gingerly use it :P)

This is a serious experiment for me and as always I hope this journal will add to my learning. If it contributes to anyone else learning I will consider it as a bonus.
Please free to ask questions.

Thanks

Welcome back, Mishwar.

I wonder, what broker and software did you choose to use? Also, are you doing this now in fulltime?

Don't worry about the noise here, just stick to the plan and keep posting the results...
