All these days I've been trading from a slow link (dial up) from home. But today will be doing the first half from a location that has slightly better connectivity. So hoping to add up to the around $61000 + (last few Ks are notional) that I have already made as profits ..

mishwar you must know that one of the reasons that you are generating several negative comments is your consistent referral to 'profits'. Maybe since you are clearly looking to hook students you are baiting people to rise to you (and if so its working).

The $$ are completely meaningless, you may as well refer to profits of $6million as $60K.

The stats which would be interesting, and might generate some constructive debate, would be the overall expectancy of your system over time. Stats like # trades per month, % winning trades, ratio of winning trade : losing trade, worst drawdown % etc, performance in up, down and sideways markets.

Also, you obviously don't want to reveal details of the strategy which is fine but you could give a summary of whether you base entries and exits off TA, market internals, astro etc to at least show that you have a system. To just show entries and exits demonstrates nothing (especially on delayed data!!)

I have to completely agree with that one. I usually count the points gained/lost instead of absolute volume.

So Mishwar, what is your averaged daily/weekly gains in ES points? And please don't tell me you don't know...

Quite honestly, so far this journal reminds me a highschool tease, who let you see her tits, but doesn't allow you to touch them. :)
Even with rather neutral info, like which country you are trading in, you seem to be secretive, for no particulary good reason.
But anyway, keep posting the trades, remember, you want to build a trackrecord or what....

I'll be very honest. I have no idea that students will be hooked. I'm half a world away and have no experience selling anything in the US, no idea how things work there. Ive seen Europe but not business-wise
I'm just hoping my results will speak for themselves and hope to make some contacts and good friends in the bargain that may help in the future. Thats my current idea. But you are making me think and hence will keep an open mind.

points - as i pointed out earlier, im calling myself semi-scalper (whatever that means :p ) so i think they are substantial from that point of view. and i have to do it that way only because of connectivity issues. i just had a discussion with a probable investor and my connectivity will get better and better.

now im not holding anything..
i sold out since the open was weak and anyways im not v comfy holding overnight ..
will look for a good chance intra day .. i suspect it will be weak for a while.. and before someone pounces on me.. i dont give too much value for predictions
