This "rule" applies to the outsiders. The only people that wanted the rule are those that will have to live with the rule. Welcome to being a second class citizen and trying to compete with a non-level playing field.

I don't think the MMs were given an exemption if I recall correctly, but I don't remember.

Bullets have been disallowed by SEC since late 2003.

You can still use conversions to short on an uptick.

I am glad you got a laugh, because that is all we can do with this administration is laugh--else we get depressed!!!!!!

Of course, some people see the feds as the savior others see them as a hindrance to free markets, most of the time, maybe all of the time obama is a hindrance, he is not for free markets, period.... Now you can go laugh again. : )
