I grew up in a relatively cold climate area of Canada and since that time the occasional extreme weather there has lessened by a fairly clear margin. Perhaps Americans who live in warmer states don't notice the changes at all. What they might notice however is the rising ocean levels that are already causing extensive increased flooding in certain areas of the US and are a much bigger problem elsewhere in the world. And events like the Love Canal and Three Mile Island helped illustrate the dangers of just letting corporate America police itself.

Some of you need to stop focusing on narrow ideas to deny environmental concerns; it reminds me of how strong the anti-smoking lobby was many years ago and the kind of arguments that were made to deny the health issues of smoking. An overall look at the environment in total and how to protect it from chemicals and irritants of any kind is the goal.

I spend a lot of time in the woods and over the years I have seen many new species we never use to see that have migrated north and many species that we use to see under every rock are about gone and have moved north. 100% and then some of the flooding around here is all man made, if you call the Army Corp of Engineers man. Petro fertilizers are expensive and farmers are people to. Everyone attempting to make a living from the land is making any change to micro beneficials that work. Computers make both application and terracing more and more efficient. Nobody wants runoff. It's wasteful and it upsets the natural balance in the streams we fish in. I agree with our former enemy the EPA who just stated, the earth is warming, man is contributing to it. When all democrats are on one side and all republicans on the other, why? I doubt it has anything to do with salamanders.
And yes, I suppose we had hot days back then, but only the older people complained about it. We never even noticed if it was hot or cold. It was all just playing to us, hottest day on record or coldest day on record, we were out playing and having fun in it. Youth is the secret to everything. Making America Great Again is nothing more than Making America Young Again.
 
When is this pullout happening? Few days since the 'announcement' or is this more bullshit? When is the avalanche due?

we have clearly been warming since the mini ice age and the ice age.
Water levels have been rising for 10000 years.

man may contribute a bit... but we have no peer reviewed science showing man made co2 causes warming.

The Dutch have dealt with land at or below sea level for centuries. They learned to cope. Other places will too. It is far cheaper than trying to change the climate, which we may well lack any ability to influence.

Pro tip: in the future do not build in areas that could be flooded.
