Would be equivalent to the annual GDP of Ukraine or the market capitalization of McDonald's.
Better be some magnificent earnings report.
- McDonald's - as in MCD? They are 125 billion market cap.
- AMZN up 14% after earnings is possible - unlikely - but possible.
- Buying OTM July27 calls would be the way to trade AMZN earnings.
Yeah, my point was that a 14% pop after earnings would be roughly the equivalent to Amazon adding the annual GDP of Ukraine or the market capitalization of McDonald’s to its market cap.

What if Bezos, with just over 100 days to go till the midterm elections, decides to tank his own stock big-time and bring the whole market (Trump's biggest feather) down with it.
Never know.... but I'd be willing to bet he doesn't want to see this market go any higher and give Trumpy more reason to crow.

I got the earnings date wrong - I thought it was yesterday - but it is today.
Only calls? No puts? (for mysterious reasons stocks sometimes tank on good earnings)
And why OTM only? What's wrong with ATM and ITM options?
