As long as he realizes her religions beliefs do not trump equal rights for all in teh Constitution, she should be fine. I would prefer someone a little older with more experience to be honest. Isnt she like 45? Maybe someone with way more Appellate Court experience than 3 years. If he picked someone with 10 years AP court experience and about 53-55 then you would get a solid 15 years from a seasoned and educated judge.
