Amp

I currently have an account with Amp using Sierra Charts, but I haven't been able to connect to Sierra Charts all day.

Amp support got to me within 5 minutes the first time I contacted them, but wouldn't say what the issue was.

An hour later, after 15 minutes of not being able to get through to Amp on their online chat, I gave up.


Is anybody else having issues with either Amp or Sierra Charts today?
 
We are not having reports of any issues with Sierra Chart connections today.

Please email trading@ampclearing.com your AMP account number and best contact info - we will have a support agent contact you immediately to assist.

That is funny because I still can't log into Sierra Charts using my Amp account.

I also contacted AMP support 2 hours ago and ask them about the Sierra Chart issue and I emailed the support desk about 45 minutes ago but they haven't responded.
