I see it says Amp provides a live and demo feed, I have Ninjatrader with some tools I like to use, can i have it feed by the demo feed to do my charting and use something like multicharts on the live feed to enter and exit orders, or do I only have the choice of one or the other at any given time?

AMP currently supports only "grandfathered" Live NT users. If you purchased NT license before March 2015, you can continue to use NT at AMP (even in simulation mode) plus any of our other 40+ trading platforms.

Regarding your High Volume Tiered rate: Does this mean that for 1,001 sides per month the first 1,000 sides would be at full commissions and only the last 1 would have a $0.15 reduction or would all 1,001 sides receive the commission reduction?
