AMP, Same problem logging in as in every Sunday (and sometimes other days of the week)

@AMP_Trading Sunday night, I get kicked out of Sierra Chart. Sometimes, this happens when market reopens after 5:00 PM CST. I get a:

You are not allowed to log in at this time. A Forced Logoff has been applied to your user

Here is a complete dump of lines from my log files from Nov. 11th 2015. I have replaced my account number with XXXXXX. The timestamp is GMT. If I get on chat with AMP support, sometime they are able to pull some magic, "reset" my account, and it works. Today, I have been told I must wait till someone comes in the office Monday morning before anything that can be done.

Is there something setup wrong in my account? Please help? I can't do this every other day just to be able to login. I have asked but support have never told me anything about what was wrong. Just that it was "fixed". Just look at the sheer volume of the log. The number of times I am kicked out!

I wrote to TT support directly (opened an incident report). This is what they wrote back:

I see that your Username ACXXXXXX was forced logged off on January 29 at 16:38 CST and re-enabled about four hours ago at 20:35 CST -- January 31, 2016. If you have any questions about your username being forced logged off please speak to an admin at AMP as an AMP admin did both the force logoff and unlocking of your Username. (Emphasis mine - DS)

Johnny at AMP support told me that I must wait till Monday morning. I took a chance and spoke to AMP support again, and this time got Ignacio on chat. He told me he is contacting a supervisor, and the supervisor did whatever he/she did, and the problem was resolved.

As detailed in the attached file to the last post, my username is being force logged off and after contacting support it is being unlocked almost on a daily basis. I am simply desperate to know why. Thanks!
