This 4th Release Adds ICE-UK Exchange for Live Trading.

Both versions there is a $0.30 per contract/per side TT fee - with a minimum of $50 per month for Standard Edition starting May 2016 or a minimum of $400 per month for the Pro Edition starting March 2016.
 
@AMP_Global - I recently asked your support team whether Long Gilts (ICE UK) could be traded using TT with AMP and they said no - they are telling me these are the only exchanges supported at the moment:
CME
CBOT
COMEX
NYMEX
EUREX

Can you confirm ICE UK is definitely not available?
