AMP MJNK commission

I signed up to ask this here as I cant get a seemingly accurate answer from AMP.

Is anyone trading MJNK that can please confirm the flat rate commission?

Every OSE mini contract rate on their commission table is clearly wrong. It is probable what error they have made. But I am not in the business of guessing what a broker is going to charge me by correcting the error that I maybe guessed they made. This is a numbers game. Get your number right.

Some time ago they told me something like 132 yen per RT. Which is way over other broker rates. And conflicts with what I have read elsewhere online.

And while we are at it, is the ASX going to offer a Nikkei contract (with commissions charged in USD?) Look lower down on that table

Thank you for your suggestion. We have made the change from mix of USD (AMP Fees) & JPY (Exchange Fees) > to make all the charges for Osaka - Japan (JPX) now in JPY.

As you can see from this table below > We have updated the AMP Exact Cost Calculator (All Fees Included) all Osaka - Japan (JPX) contracts to be purely in JPY https://portal.ampclearing.com/account/commissionquote.aspx

Thank you for responding and amending. I raised this huge error with your commissions dept twice in March, and it was never fixed. Eventually they email-quoted me a rate that was much higher than what is on your table now. I obviously did not trade with you at that rate. I mentioned that it was also much higher than other brokers. In all about 3-4 emails in a one month period from March to get a very incorrect rate quoted, and no change to the "exact" all in cost calculator for 6 weeks. My confidence was down.

And now, I believe you still do not have it correct for MJNK.

When not data provider is selected: Per Side = 39.90 yen

When CQG selected: Per Side = 40 yen

That is a difference of only 0.10 yen (!!!!). And that appears to be due a gross miscalculation of the USD0.10 cent CQG routing fee in JPY terms. Which in JPY is 11 yen, not 0.1 yen.

So with CQG routing included, the Per Side should be apprx 51yen. Correct?

I would like to trade with AMP, I have an account open that is small funded in waiting, but I really need to see some signs of diligence and accuracy with numbers.

Confirmed. Under AMP Flat > CQG > MultiCharts > Total All fees included price for MJNK = 40 JPY

Previously, trading this market, you have a mixture of currencies - for example CQG TRF .10 (USD) and OSAKA Exchange Fee (JPY). We have changed this in the back office to charge all fees for this market into JPY - so it is clear, simple and very cheap!

Well ok then. Thank you for the confirmation.

And thank you for only charging USD0.00091 for CQG trade routing on that product, and all other OSE products.

Toggling CQG on/off changes the MJNK JPY commission by 0.1 Yen, which is USD0.00091.

Concurrently, all USD based commissions in the table change by USD0.10 when CQG is toggled.

So, since you have stated JPY40 all in exact cost for one side.... what exactly is that USD0.00091 charge for, if not CQG routing?
 
As previously stated, we have changed the back office to charge the normal CQG .10 (USD) fee in JPY.

The top Section is for Display only.

You see the in the table below (AMP Flat > CQG > MultiCharts >) Final Total All fees included price for MJNK = 40 JPY
 
Yes, 40yen a side, I know, you have priced it there. Including the USD0.10 CQG routing fee.

Ok. Therefore, consider this:

Is the Rithmic USD25 cent routing fee also included in the JPY 40 yen per side commission for MJNK?

Because when you toggle Rithmic data on and off in your calculator, the JPY denominated commission prices change by JPY0.25, at the same time, the USD commission prices for other exchanges change by USD0.25. And that is the same decimalization error for CQG.

Look at it yet another way: according to the calculator, if I trade ES via Rithmic, it costs me USD0.15 more per side than if I trade it via CQG. Correct. That is obvious and correct, we all agree. Due to the difference in routing fees.

Therefore, why does MJNK via Rithmic cost virtually the same as via CQG? Only JPY0.15 difference. How can the MJNK Rithmic price be effectively the same as the CQG price?

Can't you see what is wrong with your "exact" calculator?
