I too am a little bit disappointed with the lack of options on futures but am happy with everything else. Like you said reliable feed and low costs. I would also add well established! As long as I've been with them I only had to call them once I think for an issue that was on my end.

I'd jump on this as I'm in EU and it's under CySec, but Sierra Chart integration is missing. Why can't it be offered via AMP Global?
Have you tested stereotrader interface with mt5? it has enhanced charting.

Your demo platform seems ill-configured: it does not show net profit of a position (gross profit minus commission) in the trade-tab (only gross profit is shown - which is irritating). Can you correct that. I hope that live account is correctly showing.
You are bound by the ESMA requirement of negative balance protection?
Bank transfer is via SEPA (EU) and free of charge?

Oh, well, now the question being: is this a bug or a feature??? LOL. So, those 'bats' from MetaQuotes (MQ) ask of a trader to do mental acrobatics on the question, whether his live trade(s) is actually net positive or net negative? Seriously? Ridiculous..I suggest that you (as a broker - unfortunately MQ does not listen to those who actually work with their platforms - traders - and therefore know best what is bad and what is good abou them) call MQ up and tell them that their little platform has some serious flaws that they need to fix a.s.a.p.
Looking at your platform (demo), as a forex trader (mainly E/U), I find spreads high, which add into the trading costs and AMP still cannot compete with the best (tick volume is way lower, spreads 2-3 points higher -> not very good for an active trader).
