Your Fee Document shows Incoming Fee via Skrill as 5.1% and outgoing fee as 1% for USD transfers. However, Skrill itself is not charging any fee to transfer funds to a merchant. So all of this is an AMP Fee?

Could you give customers an ability to transfer funds to your bank account via Skrill so they don't have to pay such a high fee just to get the account funded?
 
We are for sure getting fees charged by Skrill. After reviewing the Skrill website, they are saying zero fees for "personal skrill transfers" - but we have a business account, so they are not listing the fees on their website.

We have put in a request with our skrill rep, to provide full details about why they are charging fees for our customers to transfer into us. Since it is a skrill to skrill account transfer.

Once we get reply, will provide full details here. Anything to help our customers save money we will do it!

Currently, after adding the in-going fee to AMP Skrill and outgoing transfer of funds (from customer Skrill to customer bank account) it adds up to more than 7% of funds. This is too steep.

Would be nice if you gave the option to transfer from customer Skrill account to your Bank Account. No Skrill fee that way.Please consider.

Confirmed from our Skrill rep, We have a business Skrill account which is different than a person to person Skrill transfer...thus the fees they charge.

We support all of these banking options for the convenience of our customers https://www.ampglobal.com/trading/deposit_withdrawal_options.html
(if the fees these payment providers charge is are not worth your convenience, you can always send a bank transfer in EUR, USD, GBP, PLN or RUB) - it is cheaper for AMP also if you use bank transfer ;)

But a lot of our customers find the ability to fund their accounts Instantly (can be funded an trading live within a few minutes - 24 hours per day) via these banking options very nice. So, we will continue to offer these and more to come - to help our customers in all regions around the world.
