Amp futures extra commission & fees

Can someone work out what the extra fee is for

On the ampfutures website fees and commission link
https://portal.ampclearing.com/account/commissionquote.aspx
For 1 micro emini contract the commission & fees should be
CQG - Trade Route 0.10
CME-GLOBEX USD 0.39
Total 0.49 cents per side


What I'm getting charged in commission & fees per side is $0.77
EXCHANGE $0.30
NFA $0.02
CLEARING. $0.05
CQG TRF $0.10
COMMISSION $0.30

Why the extra $0.28 per contract ?
 
Would you please upload a screenshot of the daily statement with the evidence of the detailed fields you mentioned?

Are you introduced by a broker or do you have a direct account with them?
 
All good, just found out the reason. I ticked the wrong box by mistake.
