Hello dear friends, i tried to open an account with ampfutures. My application declined twice, i asked them why but i only get automated answer from computer like
"Your request (6xxxxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email.", i email them but no answer. And days just pass.
So since amp is a sponsor in this section i hope their stuff take a look and answer me. Or if anyone else here has ever encounter something like that.
P.S. Maybe its my fault, maybe i dont know how the support of usa futures brokers work, cause i am coming from a spot market background where broker support is very fast.
