When starting AB (after copying your dll code to plugins) the following is displayed:
"AmiBroker for Win32 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Once dll is removed, AB works fine.

Think you'll find that the information is there, just not as "in your face" as with WL or TS. Maybe a bit steep on the learning curve, but the price is nice, and the software is powerful...
