if you need SEMI-auto'd trading in AB (aka visual trading fm charts), pls note that NinjaTrader is MUCH MORE intuitive and advanced about that (just to save you fm possible dissapointment by AB in this regard). but if you're still interested, somewhere in the past i placed a bunch of urls related to the visual trading fm AmiBroker charts, and you may find them searching by name or by proper keywords combination among the other posts.
i'm proficient in C#/CLR/.NET technologies, but i can tell you that you really don't need to know all C# trickacies at all to be very successful in NT/Wealth-Lab or anything related to trading and C#-based. Everything is already prepared and very friendly wrapped for your convenience, and mostly you just fill up some properties, reusing and/or slighly modifying some functions and/or extend some libraries. It's not like you need to really develop something from scratch, or even understand object-oriented model in full, or grasp total event-driven concept of delegates, etc. You're inside the framework of another framework, and in very developer-friendly environment. A lot of new C# developers are the former Java developers or new amateurs started using free Microsoft IDE & GUI initially for fun.
