Amibroker AFL: help with formula (If... wait, condition?)

Hm Metamega has still not explained what's the benefit for TomKrol if Metamega - the self-proclaimed non-expert - is trying to get (his) basics across to TomKrol using PMs instead of a public forum. I don't get it. What if the basics are wrong? No one there to correct them.
Perhaps the thought process has been the following,
Metamega: "I want to sell my new book + course 'I have no idea what I am talking about' to you for a new special price of just $500 (previously just $1000). You gain $500!"

Their is no benefit TomKrol, do not PM me, M.ST. is right.
My only reason I mentioned PM was that I have noticed that simple questions on AFL on any forum and the yahoo group can go unanswered or get lost in the yahoo group since its not the best interface. This is from my experience personally and watching the group. Sometimes all it takes is a nudge in the right direction to look for an answer.
I apologize for trying to sell my book and course lol. A simple review of my threads and posts could tell anyone that I'm very novice at trading and AFL and pretty humble with my knowledge on the topics.
My only goal was that perhaps he would have a question and I'd either know it or not. Maybe respond " Oh hey, I saw something on that in this article", or " try this keyword in the manual".
Either I know it and it works, or it doesn't and I'm not afraid to say "I don't know". Instead of your above response to Alex27 which really didn't help his question.
I was the only one to respond, I'm sure theirs more ways to approach what he wanted to do. Figure PM might be easier first instead of having to post and deal with the attitude forums seem to bring out in people.

As far as I can see every question (99% of them at least) being asked at yahoo get answered. So you are right "I win" because your arguments are lacking of actual facts.
Another thing you're lacking in your thought process is the fact that there is a support channel at amiboker.com. And my dear I can tell you from my experience that 100% of those ones are getting answered (by true experts but not by PMs with content like "I think I know but to be honest I don't know for sure but still I like to talk a lot becasue I like forums *giggle*").

He asked "Have you compared vs Sierra charts". I said both are good softwares. So whatever he chooses he won't make much of a big mistake (except if he would be a programming illiterate). Instead of some other people I don't waste time on long essays and books.

@mst - How do they stack up SC vs Amibroker
Amibroker has the edge on backtesting
SC can do chart trading easily and link to brokers to automate easily
I think Amibroker would be the number 1 in the game if it could link multiple brokers / Data like what MC.Net can do.
Which is great you can have the same chart on other tabs set up just linked to different brokers and data
Chart trading with Amibroker so its easy to set bracket orders see p and l etc instead of having to program it.
Big fan of both SC and Ami just looking to dig deeper and get the feedback from people who have used both.

You actually can link to many data vendors/brokers. AmiBroker's open architecture.
And linking to several ones at the same time is possible too. Just open multiple instances of Amibroker.
Chart trading, possible also. You can make your own dashboards, buttons, order lines, market depth on chart and what not
Thing is AmiBroker is a professional programming software but not a black box. You decide what is going to happen behind the curtain if you like to.
Basically it serves different needs. Beginners use it for charting, drawing lines, scanning. Advanced users love the freedom it provides letting you go deep down to the bottom of the Mariana Trench while other softwares would already surrender if your belly button would disappear from the water surface shortly.
