It's an awful shame that the same coin is trading between $500 and $20.

the good news is it claims to be made out of real goal and sliver so I suppose we're going back to the Gold Standard.

LOL, the gullible part is that you believe that the current dollar situation is due to the Gummint's "financial misdeeds". You can be a cynic all you want, but the fact remains is that your view on the matter seems gullible. In fact, your logic in the previous post is completely backwards.

The Gummint DOES NOT WASTE money. It gets exactly what it pays for. You just have not taken note of what it is they are paying for.

And you don't seem to understand that they SPEND WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE (referred to as "deficit spending") and either "borrow" or "print" the difference... which all leads to inflation and currency debasement. And when the currency debasement has been carried far enough, financial bankruptcy for most American citizens.

History is RIFE with this... nothing new.

And when(?) the Dollar is abandoned for the Amero, what will be the reason for it? Because Mexico is so economically strong and financially sound that we will benefit to meld our economy and currency with theirs? Hell NO! It will be because the US Gummint wants to obfuscate the truth and mask the stink of prior misdeeds without Americans understanding the rot they've thrust us into.
