Ameritrade vs IB?

Hi, I have an account at Ameritrade and would like to try out IB.

I make 4-7 stock/options trades per day.Would you recommend IB for that matter?

20% of those trades are placed in extended hours.

What advantage I could have if I would choose IB instead of Ameritrade.?

They offered a lower price.

I never tried Ameritrade trading console before, but IB's have a steep learning curve (although it's very robust to use if you're used to it)
