Nothing has changed, and I should dump them, too. It's always my fault, always my computer's fault, reboot the system, empty out the cache, change your settings, yabba-dabba-do... Well, their hocus-pocus doesn't solve anything, but what else can tech support say when this is the extent of their problem solving abilities?
