Ameritrade Apex custom commission schedule?

I've heard that some Ameritrade Apex customers have a custom commission schedule below the standard/advertised schedule. Does anyone get a better deal than $9.99 a trade and $0.75 per option contract? How about margin rates? I want to be informed before I call. Thanks.
 
I have HEARD of people on ET intending on leaving Ameritrade, and then Ameritrade offers them a better deal to try to keep them.

I'd ask for them to give you an offer better than MBTrading or somewhere around IB.

Apparently, if what I read is true about how much brokers pay per share, Ameritrade and every other retail broker is making a killing.

what is the rate they counter offered?
 
What do you have to do to get a rate with a $0 ticket charge? I'd love to be able to direct orders to BOX to get price improvement and do it for $.75/contract.

Just call them and ask. If you have the volume they want, they don't mind to waive the ticket charge.
