For many years the Ameritrade news feed on the Thinkorswim platform has omitted the actual stock symbol(s) in their feed. So you have to read each and every headline to see wtf is going on.
They have been asked to add a symbol column to the feed for years, and they refuse.
We know they have the info , as a search on symbol brings up the headline.
They also don't have any ALERT on symbol capability,
They add the most esoteric features to the program but not this BASIC functionality.
Why?
