You made me think hard on this one and I decided to keep it short, Being a veteran, especially one, who has lived a lot and seen a lot, is not an out to spew hateful rhetoric but a reason for higher standards as defenders of this nation. We (vets) were all sworn to defend everyone in this nation and not just who is aligned with our party or ideology. Hopefully, this will be a reminder to him. fwiw.

The Captain is a Vietnam vet. He's lived a lot of life and seen a lot of things. He cares as much about America as you do. We all post some sh*t from time to time when we feel passionately about something. I can assure you he would be the first to run to someone's aid if they were considering suicide. Cut him some slack. Michael Moore’s Wild Conspiracy Theory: Presidential Alert Means Trump Is Practicing For A Fake Emergency To End Democracy

Propagandist Michael Moore has taken his conspiracy theorizing to a whole new level. Apparently, that "Presidential test alert" American received on their phones Wednesday was really a practice run for a future emergency that President Trump will use to install himself as a totalitarian dictator.

On Wednesday, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced on Twitter they would be "testing the Wireless Emergency Alert system nationwide," which basically came in the form of an annoying buzz on people's cellphones with the phrase "presidential alert" emblazoned across.

“TODAY (10/3): At 2:18 PM EDT, we will be testing the Wireless Emergency Alert system nationwide. Expect a message box on your phone along with a loud tone and vibration,” the FEMA account tweeted.

To Michael Moore, however, this was indicative of something nefarious. Writing on Twitter, Moore proposed the following message straight from crazy town: "It was just a test. But make no mistake about it. This is the world in which we now live." That’s my final line in ‘Fahrenheit 11/9’. A few minutes ago, Trump gave us a preview of the state of emergency he is creating to justify the end of democracy as we know it. RESIST!”
