I think americans owe iraqis free healthcare, *not just basic but the full extended coverage that pays for everything*, education *including post secondary to any school around the world*, and supplement iraq with 500Billion for life. America owes iraqi this. And not the chump change america gives now. Where almost 2/3 goes to american military and less then a third goes to the people.
