There are far more people moving to Texas from South Dakota then from Texas to South Dakota. Come on Vhehn, give me more then 3 data points. LOL.

i would love to move to those places where half a mil gets you a decent house instead of a down payment on your shoebox, and everything is clean and cheap.

Unfortunately all the 9/5 financial/tech jobs are in ny/nj, so it's moot.

On the flip side, if i trade ful ltime on my own, i probably would move out of country not just state anyway.
