This is so true. American males who have been trapped by American women feel helpless and try to defend their relationships by hook or by crook. Bro, if you'd simply go back on your meds, you'd not be considering suicide, which is an escalation of your attention seeking behavior. There's more, but.. Anyhow, Pharmacies in Thailand have meds you need, and they won't ask for a prescription. If you want to know what you need:

Chlorpromazine 100mg po bid
Alprolazepam 0.5mg po tid (this is temporary, and should be changed over to a longer acting drug such as clonazepam.)
Sertraline 150mg poqd

Adjustments in meds can be made after you reach a baseline, and of course, when medically necessary.

Print this, and take to a pharmacist in Thailand. I can imagine you won't seek hospitalization, hence the above list.

Lol!! Former State Police Trooper while an undergrad long ago. And went broke as a retail broker as i was then drinking, plus, I refused to sell garbage prop products to people. Have since recovered, and recovered well. And three Sons, yes I call them that. Two were hers-I raised. One is mine, living with me. Cries herself to sleep over me? Lol! Don't think so.
