No need to be jealous of me, in fact the wondrous things AfterLOS describes, well, for me those things faded away about 10 years ago, when I go there now I see people like any other people anywhere else, trying .... ha ha, let me shut up here, all life is suffering, so if you can find anything to enjoy greatly, please do so !! And I can be jealous of you !!
I agree with AfterLOS, best to go slow to find a wife. Focusing on "I want a Thai wife" may lead to rash or hurried choices; focus on "Do I want this person" or "Do we work out", may be better. At my wedding, they asked, why did you choose a Thai woman? I replied, Thai, American, Martian, is not important, the most important is that it is Tong, which was honest. And the guests were pleased with that answer. And we are still married today after many years. There are quite a few opposite stories, where the man was smitten and chose hastily, and did not work out well.

I see your point in all of your posts -- the women you describe, wherever they are from, are happy as a normal state of being alive. But, you come to the US, it's like, if you're happy there must be something wrong with you. If anyone disagrees, just walk around all day with a smile. The response is either you're on drugs, insane, or gay. What is wrong with US, that you cannot be happy? But if you are yelling on the phone, swearing under breath from impatience, or bitching about some customer service or company or software or app, that is accepted, is expected as normal.
