Baron, those are all foreign women in malls etc. in their own countries. Malls are an increasingly big thing in Asia.

If I get what you're implying, its that how are these women different that American women if they are sporting the same type of designer clothes etc.? Two women wearing designer clothes and jewelry, one a total bitch and MAN destroyer, the other sweet and kind, totally approachable and can be engaged in a nice conversation.

I think you are generalizing both American and foreign women too much. There are plenty of American women who fit the criteria you are looking for, and I'm sure there are plenty of foreign women who are also selfish bitches.

To an extent you are correct, there are many American women who are nice but my point is that for every one that's nice there are 1000s or more that are total bitches. Its the exact opposite elsewhere - for every bitch abroad there are 1000s nice.
