Yeah -- let's talk about all the reporters that the Obama adminstration evicted from the White House press pool.

Trump answered the question... I want them to come in from everywhere.
Acosta then says just caucasian or white countries
That was a complete non sequitor follow up to Trump's answer.
In asking that question he went from reporter to clown protester accusing the President of the United States of being a racist. It was disgusting. I think Trump is pretty gross at times too ... but Acosta is a disgrace sometimes and CNN is a disgrace almost full time these days.

He didn't ask WHERE do you want them to come from NOW, he asked DID YOU SAY PREVIOUSLY that you want more people coming from Norway - which he did because even though WH is playing games with the shithole word, they never denied the Norway part.
Let's even say Acosta was provocative but aren't people like Ann Coulter and that gay Breitbart dude provocative too? If their free speech is being stifled by protesters who evict/block them from talking, why is Trump's case an exception?

Time, place, job are considered by the Supreme Court when testing constitutional rights.
This is about proper decorum when reporting and whether the President has a right to respond with an ejection. I don't see first amendment or any constitution rights being infringed in this scenario... its not even close.
Coulter is a opinion giver mostly on opinion shows.
As would be most of the guests analysts on Fox, CNN and MSBC etc.
They can be told to shut up by their employers almost at will without the constitution being implicated.
Milo is and extreme example of an opinion giver.
The rules change when you go out to give speeches in public forums. At some point most speech must be tolerated in public forums. However the courts have allowed constitutional rights to be controlled as long as the content is not being targeted. For instance one might not be allowed to use a bullhorn after dark if there are neighbors... etc. (and there are always exceptions such a public safety.)

Nobody said constitutional rights were being infringed, even with the college campus arguments, there is no question of constitutional rights since that's only limited to government interfering and has nothing to do with what private institutional policy. WH is in fact a public forum since it's paid for by the public, a college campus is in fact private property so even in that light your argument doesn't make sense.
