1. Man the southern border with enough military to stop illegals.
2. When an illegal is caught, return him across the border with the warning, "dire consequences if you try to come back illegally". (That's more consideration than N. Korea would give invaders.)
3. On second offense, a bullet behind the ear. After about 50,000 of them die this way, they'll get the message, "maybe we should stop trying to enter illegally".
Personally, I've grown weary of the current border BS.
