This is old news and since the US still has military superiority Russia ain't going nowhere near Alaska. Although, if civil war does kick in like the author suggests, then the US won't have the military power it has now. Bottom line, none of this stuff is going to happen.

The guy is ex-KGB and his predictions are nothing more then wishful thinking. One of his ascertions is that the states will stop handing over tax revenue to the fed. Does that thinking sound like something that would come from a professor of economics who actually knows how the US functions? This guy is a fiction writer and delusional too.
