Doesn't prove they provided falsified statements.
People make complaints about many companies.
Might be true but this is jumping the gun to make the claim without providing any evidence.

Listen, unless you are an insider of a company and had solid information to name names, publicly accused a company to provide false data doesn’t get you a thing.

However, those happen very rarely. The Securities Exchange Commission will investigate serious allegations of fraud. Of course, you have to prove your case since, you are the one making the allegations. It maybe, you are short AMD and want the share price to drop. Much like the Emulex (EMLX) scam one amateur trader tried to pull because he had over $200,000 (if I recall the amount correctly) in losses. So, the guy put out a fake press release saying Emulex was losing lots of monies. Some traders panicked and sold their shares as it dropped. Scammer recovered some losses since, he was short Emulex. I and my uncle held our shares and waited since, the company opened for business later. After the company opened up and debunked the fake news, Emulex shot like a rocket back up to the previous high price. Those who panicked, lost their monies. Now, if you are lying to the Securities and Exchange Commission, be very afraid. The US has extradited criminals in other countries before. Bulgaria could very well have an extradition treaty with the US.
