Incorrect to assume AMD is just another bubble stock. They have the best product on the market currently and their lineup is strong.
AMD is already working on 5nm while Intel is still on 7nm.
I've built quite a few white boxes from both Intel & AMD and it isn't even close -- AMD destroys anything Intel has out. Even the new LGA1200 CPUs from Intel are pretty pathetic:
Comparing $400 CPUs -- 10700K (LGA1200) vs. Ryzen 3900X (AM4). The 3900X has 66% better performance according to Passmark (32850 vs. 19700).
The only reason up until the latest Ryzens to use Intel was that they had a higher single core clock speed (which is very important for gaming) but even that isn't even true anymore. Intel's LGA151 chipset was pathetic -- it was barely better than my old LGA1150 CPU (4790K) which is like 7 years old.
I won't even talk about the latest Threadrippers which complete destroy anything Intel has. They still haven't upgraded their HEDT and are still using their 3 year old X299 platform.
What do you expect from a company where the CEO is busy having sex with coworkers than building actual CPUs.

I think AMD went up so much it's correlated to the Nasdaq now.
Before, it had intrinsic value where it'd go up or down based on the news. Now it'll stay up as long as the market keeps rallying. It'll go down hard if market has a bad day. As opposed to before, it'd hold it's own. And I can say the same for Apple too and a few tech stocks. Double digit gains as long as market keeps rallying, don't be shocked if AMD goes down to 75 if S&P has one bad day.
